I'm currently using Audiochan for all commissions. It lets us to communicate easily, track your place in the queue, and keep your project organized from start to finish.
I close Gold/Platinum commissions when I reach my monthly max, and waitlisted comms requests are handled the following month (or when a previous commission is finished).
